Temporary Route Provides Access to Sertoma Park Amenities

Staring Monday, July 29, a temporary route will be available to access the following amenities at Sertoma Park during water main replacement work:

• Sertoma Park Community Center
• Shelters 5, 6 and 7
• Super Slide Amusement Park
• BisParks BCycle Station

Riverside Park Road between Lincoln Ave. and W. Bowen Ave. will be closed during construction, which is expected to last about one month.  See the Bismarck Engineering map below for the detour route outside Sertoma Park.

Park visitors may access the above amenities via the entrance for Shelters 10 and 11 and the sand volleyball courts, located between Jefferson Ave. and Lincoln Ave. A one-way route south through the park will provide access to these amenities, and visitors may exit the park by continuing south and leaving through the Shelter 8 and Dakota Zoo entrance, located between W. Bowen Ave. and W. Arbor Ave.
