Bismarck Board of Park Commissioners Brief for May 16, 2024

Gavin McCollam, Sleepy Hollow Theatre & Arts Park, shared information about his organization as a Bismarck Parks and Recreation District (BPRD) featured partner. This year’s summer shows are Cinderella and Jersey Boys.

The Board approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Bismarck for placement of an embankment and storm sewer pipe.

The Board approved the 2023 audit as presented by Mindy Piatz of Brady, Martz and Associates.

The Board approved the refund updates in the Accounting Policy and Procedure Handbook.

The Board approved adding new consultants Endeavor North Design PLLC and JE Dunn Construction to the approved engineering, architect and planning services list.  The Board also approved the Other Power-Driven Mobility Device Policy and the Security Cameras Policy.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting is Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room.
