Final Days for Seasonal Activities as Temperatures Cool

Several seasonal activities at Bismarck Parks and Recreation District come to a close in October.

The camping season at General Sibley Campground and Eagles Park Campground ends today, Oct. 7, although General Sibley Park remains open for day use.

The boat docks at Hoge Island Park and MacLean Bottoms have been removed for the season.

Community gardens close Oct. 12. Gardeners are responsible for clearing their plot(s) by this date.

The last day to enjoy the BisParks BCycle bike share program is Oct. 13.

Park operations staff will begin winterizing park bathrooms in mid-October.
