Join Bismarck Parks & Recreation District and the Sons of Norway Sverdrup Lodge for an introduction to kicksledding at Riverwood Golf Course. Fun for all ages, attendees can expect to watch, learn, and practice kicksledding—a foot-powered Scandinavian sled used for winter transportation. Seven kicksleds of various sizes will be available; attendees will have the opportunity to take turns trying them out on a groomed route in Riverwood.

All ages welcome.

Following the event, the Sons of Norway will be donating the kicksleds to Bismarck Parks & Recreation District for public enjoyment.
