Bismarck Mandan is a Bicycle Friendly Community
Bismarck Mayor Mike Seminary and Mandan Mayor Arlyn Van Beek announced the naming of Bismarck-Mandan as a Bicycle Friendly Community today. Both mayors noted that May is National Bike Month.
