Welcome to the Park Family
Bismarck Parks and Recreation District warmly welcomes the Johnny Gisi Memorial Park to the family. This new neighborhood park and trailhead, located at 2601 E. Calgary Ave., was dedicated today. The park features two playgrounds, two youth tennis/pickleball courts, a picnic shelter, community gardens and Bismarck’s first Pollinator Garden. The park also includes open green spaces with interpretive signs. The park is also a trailhead for the Edgewood Trail, which connects Century Ave to 43rd Ave. This trail will eventually connect to Centennial Road and Legacy High School. The park was named in honor of one of the donor’s, Phil Gisi’s, father.

Where is this park?? Drive east on Century Ave. to Nebraska Dr. Turn left. Turn left again on Calgary Ave. The park is at the end of the street. Enjoy.
