Fit & Trim Bootcamp

This 8-week program is designed to push you to your limit and get your attitude and body into shape. Bootcamp takes the very best exercises from aerobics classes, weight training, body weight training, and cardiovascular training and puts them into a 45-minute fat-blasting, interval workout. Food and nutritional guidance will be provided, as well as a fitness test and measurements. Classes will be held both indoors and outdoors, as weather permits. This program is not designed for beginners.
